Customer Service Associate

Wests Nelson Bay, a popular entertainment venue in NSW, Australia, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join its Bar and Gaming team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality service and creating a unique experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in both indoor and outdoor areas
  • Prepare and serve beverages with attention to detail
  • Operate Tab and Keno terminals efficiently
  • Clean workstations and equipment regularly
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tills effectively
  • Collect glasses from the floor and return them to bar areas for cleaning
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RSA (Responsible Serving of Alcohol) certification
  • A RCG (Racing and Gaming Certification)
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
