
Front Desk Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the front desk and be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls, utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Greet and assist customers and couriers with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the boardroom and reception area, adhering to high standards of quality.
- Process customer receipts and apply payments to invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and distribute customer statements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform customer account reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies or issues efficiently.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, administration, or accounts support role is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, is essential for success in this position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- A professional and welcoming phone manner is vital for building strong relationships with clients.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy are necessary for managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is critical for meeting deadlines and delivering results.
