This well-established community pharmacy in rural North Queensland is seeking a seasoned pharmacist to lead its day-to-day operations. Located in a picturesque region with a relaxed lifestyle, beautiful unspoilt coastline close by, great schools, and a vibrant local community, this position offers the perfect blend of work-life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the pharmacy, including managing pharmacy operations during standard opening hours, providing vaccinations - flu and whooping cough, and managing a well-established medicinal cannabis service. Working closely with a skilled team, you will be expected to collaborate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing pharmacy operations during standard opening hours
  • Providing vaccinations - flu and whooping cough
  • Managing a well-established medicinal cannabis service
  • Working closely with a skilled team: 1 experienced Dispense Technician and small front of shop team

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA full registration as a Pharmacist
  • Confident working as a sole Pharmacist with collaborative leadership skills
  • A warm, community-minded attitude and commitment to personalised service
  • Familiarity with Fred NXT preferred
  • Vaccination accreditation required
