Job Title: Asset Manager

The Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standard and that all necessary repairs and maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner.

  • Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that properties are being properly managed.
  • Manage arrears and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in property management (commercial or residential).
  • Assistant Agent Qualification or Real Estate License.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Experience with Re-Leased software an advantage.
