Airport Passenger Experience Specialist

As a Service Delivery Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient passenger service functions. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Primary Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service, adhering to high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Process passengers and baggage in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of passengers and colleagues.
- Assist passengers with special needs, providing wheelchair assistance as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve 100% on-time performance, communicating effectively and responding to changing situations.

- Ability to work under pressure, handling competing demands and priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse backgrounds and handle confidential information.

Successful candidates must undergo a satisfactory security clearance and pre-employment medical test.
