Customer Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team at Perth International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all client airlines, ensuring timely, efficient, and professional passenger handling services.
  • Carry out passenger check-in duties and other responsibilities commensurate with the passenger service for customer airlines.
  • Maintain compliance with OH & S Regulations and safety policies to ensure the well-being of passengers and employees.
  • Liaise professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders, promoting a positive company image.
Requirements:
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and adhering to company procedures.
  • Adherence to all company safety, policy, procedures, and processes.
  • Desirable experience in customer-facing roles and dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful job situations successfully.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
