Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist to join our Surgical Specialty Solutions Division. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and growing the territory, and forming long-standing mutually beneficial partnerships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and deliver KPIs
- Develop and grow the territory through engagement with existing and new customers
- Understand customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
- Attend to customer enquiries and needs
- Develop sales strategies and tactics in conjunction with the Sales Manager and Senior Product Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is passionate about better patient outcomes and has a strong focus on sales and territory management. You will have at least 2 years' experience selling in a medical or hospital environment or a minimum of 5 years' relevant clinical experience. You will also have proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing, and time management.
