Our shops offer a carefully curated selection of high-quality items including seasonal clothing, shoes, accessories, and homewares. We know our customers love a treasure hunt, so we ensure our shops are always full of variety, fun pieces, and vibrant displays.

As a volunteer, you'll be contributing to rescuing pre-loved clothing from landfills and helping us raise vital funds to support vulnerable people across Australia.

Be part of a team and feel valued for your time. You'll also have opportunities for training and development, and enjoy generous discounts on all your purchases.

In your 4-hour shift (or more if you like), you'll be doing a variety of tasks like:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers
  • Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers
  • Keeping the shop clean and tidy
  • Following all shop processes

How Do I Apply?

You must be at least 15 years of age and complete a National Police check (paid for by us). You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail program.
