Therapy Assistant (Sports Program) Role

Make a difference in the lives of people with cerebral palsy and similar conditions by volunteering for this rewarding opportunity.

About the Role

This volunteer position is an excellent chance to support our allied health therapy teams working with children and adults. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting CPA staff and clients to run groups
  • Assisting with sport sessions such as basketball, athletics and soccer
  • Volunteering on one or more days per term; programs run throughout the school term and start from 3:30pm
Requirements

To be eligible for this volunteer role, you must:

  • Be 16 years and above
  • Have an NDIS Worker Screening
  • Have a Working with Children Check NSW
  • Disclose any pre-existing injuries or illnesses that may affect volunteering
