About the Role

  • Take a central role in shaping and elevating our curriculum and teaching practices.
  • Mentor and guide a team of dedicated educators inspire innovation and ensure children's learning is enriched meaningful and aligned with relevant standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through reflective practice and coaching.
  • Lead curriculum planning sessions and support educators in documentation and assessment.
  • Drive the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan QIP with a hands-on strategic approach.
  • Build strong respectful relationships with families children and the community.
  • Collaborate across the network of Educational Leaders to share best practices and fresh ideas.

About You

We're looking for an experienced leader who has:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education ACECQA approved.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leader or similar leadership role.
  • Sound knowledge of child development principles.
  • Strong leadership communication and documentation skills.
  • Passionate professional and ready to lead by example.
