The Centre Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 90 place early childhood education service in Melbourne.
- This role requires exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to deliver high-quality outcomes and build strong partnerships with families and the community.
The successful candidate will have experience as a Director, knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks, and a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
About the RoleAs Centre Director, you will lead a professional team, develop educational programs, and ensure compliance, safety, and a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily operations of the centre
- Develop and implement educational programs
- Mentor educators to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance and safety protocols are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Director is essential
- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
