Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensure the highest quality care for our children.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, observing and informing teaching practices, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
