The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Eagle Farm branch. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our customers, ensuring that we consistently deliver exceptional service and meet our commitment to service excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through phone and email interactions
  • Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide customer support
  • Accurately and efficiently manage data entry
  • Work collaboratively with the service delivery team to achieve our service goals
  • Utilize strong knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comply with and support all health and safety procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume incoming call environment
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
