About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in the Rockingham area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with daily living tasks, including domestic assistance, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, appointments, and medical appointments.
  • Help customers with complex care needs, such as dementia, and provide emotional support and respite.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure our customers receive the best possible care and support.

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems.
  • Comfortable working with customers who may have complex care needs.
