Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and reliable individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support services to clients in accordance with their individual care plans;
  • Carrying out general cleaning and maintenance tasks around the client's home;
  • Monitoring client safety and reporting any concerns or issues to your manager;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting client autonomy at all times;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A compassionate and empathetic nature;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently;
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle;
  • First Aid/CPR qualifications and any other relevant certifications;
Salary and Benefits
