Job Description

You will play a vital role in providing customised assistance with household tasks for each client, supporting them to maintain their well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide services to the client in their home as outlined in the Care Plan.
  • Carry out duties of general cleaning and support around the client's home.
  • Monitor the client and their environment and report any issues, needs, changes or suggestions to your Client Services manager.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A warm and caring nature.
  • A positive and practical attitude and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A current driver's licence.
  • Access to a reliable, insured and registered vehicle.
  • Confidence and ability to use smart phone technology (including email and video conferencing).
  • First Aid / CPR Qualifications.
