We are seeking a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team of mystery shoppers. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience for businesses by conducting mystery shopping assignments.
The Position:You will help businesses measure their customer service and identify areas for improvement through mystery shopping assignments. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, keen observation skills, and strong ability to follow instructions.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Exceptional verbal and written English
- Keen observation skills and sharp memory
- Access to a computer (or laptop/tablet), email, and reliable internet
- A smartphone for capturing photos as proof of visit
- Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively when things change
