Occupational Therapist Role

Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients in a supportive environment.

  • Assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
  • Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and confidence.

A comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models is required.

Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration.
  • Postgraduate experience working with aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Alignment with our values and mission.
  • A current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
  • An unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
