We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our local team as Community Support Workers.

Job Description

This role is perfect for those who want to make a positive impact in the lives of aged care clients living in the community. As a Community Support Worker, you will be visiting clients in their homes and providing assistance with daily tasks such as domestic duties, shopping, personal care, and transportation.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping clients maintain their independence and improving their quality of life. We provide on-the-job training, so no experience is required.

This is a fantastic chance to start your caring career and gain valuable experience working with aged care clients. You will be supported by our experienced team and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in this rewarding field.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check
  • Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC)
  • Current NSW driver's licence
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
Benefits

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate starting from $24.65+ per hour. You will also receive excellent incentives and working conditions. Our flexible shifts allow you to balance your work and personal life.

Others

This role requires regular availability between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for people living within the local area who are willing to learn and grow with our team.
