Clinical Nurse Educator Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Emergency Department team at a private hospital in Melbourne.
">About the Role
">- ">
- Take on a leadership role in providing educational support and clinical teaching to graduate nurses and students.">
- Promote high standards of evidence-based nursing care through dissemination of current best practices.">
- Ensure staff compliance with annual Mandatory Training and completion of e Learning components.">
- Attend policy and procedure meetings, ward meetings, and bi-monthly Education Meetings.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Current AHPRA registration.">
- Post Graduate Certificate in ED (or working towards).">
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE) (or working towards).">
- Educator experience in a similar role.">
- Demonstrated experience in e Learning platforms.">
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office.">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
