We are a leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in the housing sector.
Our primary goal is to create safe, secure, and affordable housing options that empower individuals and families to thrive.
We manage over 11,000 new and existing properties across various communities.
The Role of Housing Officer
- Deliver high-quality tenancy and property management services for clients.
- Perform administrative tasks including reporting, addressing complaints, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, clients, and support agencies.
- Represent our organisation at hearings, as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community.
You will have demonstrated experience in providing client-focused tenancy management services and a solid understanding of tenancy legislation.
You will work sensitively with diverse customers, including those in housing crisis, and have confidence in liaising with stakeholders.
A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring nature are essential.
Prior experience working in social/community housing is desirable, but not necessary.
