Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Automotive Training Specialist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Australia/Pacific Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, Victoria. As an Expert Automotive Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our Retailer network across various portfolios, including Technical, Non-Technical, and Process & Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging Face-to-Face and Virtual Classroom training sessions.
  • Review and adapt training materials and content to suit the Australian/New Zealand market.
  • Day-to-Day management of the Training Centre and facility, ensuring all HSE requirements are met.
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer events to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain Training Academy tooling, fleet, and equipment to ensure a high-quality training experience for learners.
  • Provide support to the Training Academy team as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant automotive trade qualification, such as a certified mechanic or technician.
  • Demonstrated history working in the automotive sector.
  • Experience with Mercedes-Benz products is desirable.
  • Passion for personal development and learning.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and good decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work autonomously with the support of your team.
  • Advanced knowledge on Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
