Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Strategist to join our growing team of architecture and solution design professionals. As a key member of the CTG team, you will drive technology decisions to enable KPMG to put best-of-breed products in the market. This will involve owning and stewarding new solutions from feasibility through deployment and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex solution architecture projects from conception to implementation, consulting with stakeholders to capture requirements and translating them into viable solutions along with project sizing and estimation.
  • Spearhead definition of CTG's technical strategies for domains you are responsible for, working closely with other CTG colleagues to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Create solution designs that explain the problem, the architecture, how the system works, key considerations for security and data privacy, and how it will be delivered.
  • Contribute to the architecture of robust, scalable AI-based solutions, ensuring they are aligned to our Trusted AI framework.
  • Conduct research into appropriate technologies and patterns to find the best technology solution among all possible to solve the business problem.
  • Establish and provide ongoing maintenance of the CTG Architecture Repository, including contributing to strategic architecture roadmaps, design patterns, and domain architectures.
  • Participate in architecture governance boards, setting architectural direction, and collaborating with R&D teams to prototype innovative solutions.
  • Mentor newer members of the SA Chapter, providing guidance and feedback on their designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry-recognised certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership skills, adept at managing cross-functional, diverse teams with a focus on promoting innovation and best practices within our solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related technologies.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
