Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Product and Design team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing high-quality experiences for our patients and internal stakeholders.
About the Role- Contribute to the product vision and strategy for patient engagement and internal admin functionality.
- Design and develop user experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and practical for our patients.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex problems into simple, user-friendly experiences.
- Facilitate customer research, testing sessions, and workshops to inform design decisions.
- Champion best design practices and ways of working across the Product function and wider business.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and contribute to the growth and development of the design team.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator with a strong portfolio of UX/UI design work.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and able to create clear product design documentation.
- Strong design all-rounder with a sound understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail.
- Practical and outcomes-focused with a ability to balance business objectives with customer needs.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, with a ability to navigate complex problems and unknowns.
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role (UX/UI, product design, digital design).
- Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with writing design specifications.
- Proficiency in Figma and a design portfolio that showcases web and mobile experiences.
- Experience conducting user interviews, testing sessions, and facilitating workshops.
- A dynamic and passionate team that is dedicated to making a real impact in healthcare.
