About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Myob Flare. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to the top-line growth and adoption of our product offering. You will work closely with your design peers, partner with product and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for our employee onboarding product and other partner-integrated workflows.

  • They collaborate and communicate well with other team members in product management and engineering.
  • They test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often.
  • They consider our customer's full journey from start to finish.

The Skills You Need

  • 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a focus on leading the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
  • You possess the ability to not only understand but also influence our business strategy through design.
  • While experience in financial services is advantageous, it's your design expertise that truly matters.
  • You're driven by innovation and a relentless focus on the user, with proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional team environments.
  • You possess a systematic approach to solving complex problems and deliver impactful solutions that move business metrics.
