We seek a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Coordinator.
This is a permanent position based in Melbourne with the opportunity for hybrid working arrangements in a flexible environment.

The ideal candidate will deliver SME across multiple systems and tools including Workday, Phenom, First Advantage, Trello, Slack, Miro, Canva.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage background check audit process
- Weekly reporting on talent metrics to include referrals, open roles, time to hire, gender, and more
- Facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees across Talent Strategy & Experience
- Support the case management of company-initiated visa sponsorships and labour market testing
- Administration of Talent team events, catering, think tanks, ownership of Talent team ways of working
- Coordination of Talent processes & workflow through Trello
Requirements:
- Work closely with the Talent team to achieve OKRs
- Demonstrate solid reporting skills, use of Excel, and the ability to work with a variety of systems and processes
- Be able to problem solve, think critically, and come up with innovative ideas
- Have an impeccable eye for detail; someone who is thorough and precise with strong writing skills
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
