Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Chief Talent Developer to join our Organisational Development team.

About the Role
  • Lead the delivery of performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Drive the implementation and embedment of our performance frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to activate culture, improve goal quality, and support leadership capability.
  • Embed leadership principles into performance practices and development programs.
  • Use data and analytics to track adoption, engagement, and impact, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute significantly to shaping the performance culture at an organisation.
  • Cultivate personal growth while helping others grow theirs.
  • This is a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne.
About You
  • You're a people-focused HR or OD professional who excels in building performance and culture.
  • Degree qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR or organisational development, ideally in a performance and culture focused role.
  • Experience in delivering performance management processes, frameworks, or culture initiatives across complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
