The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Relief Officer to join our team. As a Security Relief Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our retail sites in Penrith and Hornsby. You will work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends, and must have reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control and incident report writing
- Full-time position with 12-hour shifts
- Level 5 SSIA rates + super
- First Aid allowance: $32.22 per week
- Relief allowance: From $43.56 per week
- Permanent night rates: From $37.41 per hour
- Saturday rates: From $43.17 per hour
- Sunday rates: From $57.56 per hour
- Public holiday rates: From $71.95 per hour
