About the Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Security Relief Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to our retail sites in Penrith and Hornsby. You will work a rotating roster between both locations. To be eligible, you must have reliable transport and substantial experience working in a retail security environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Rostered Hours

  • Full-time
  • Level 5 SSIA rates + super
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Day or night rosters available
  • First Aid allowance of $32.22 per week
  • Relief allowance from $43.56 per week
  • Permanent night rates from $37.41 per hour
  • Saturday rates from $43.17 per hour
  • Sunday rates from $57.56 per hour
  • Public holiday rates from $71.95 per hour

  • Control Room License – Highly regarded
