Apprentice Development Coordinator

About the Role

You will take responsibility for designing and delivering comprehensive apprentice development pathways, ensuring every apprentice has a structured and supportive journey that sets them up for success through mentoring and guidance.

This includes coordinating core apprentice programs, overseeing TAFE integration, managing rotations across business units, and tracking progress. You will bring your experience in apprenticeship or workforce program coordination, understanding of VET frameworks and competency-based training, strong mentoring and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Apprentice Development Pathways: Ensure every apprentice has a structured and supportive journey through mentoring and guidance.

Coordinate Core Programs: Manage and oversee TAFE integration, rotation, and progress tracking.

Nurture Early Careers: Foster passion and skill growth among apprentices.

Manage Multiple Priorities: Balance program logistics and engage with stakeholders effectively.
