Apprentice Development Pathways

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver apprentice development pathways. This will involve ensuring a structured, supportive journey for apprentices, including TAFE integration, rotations, specialist programs, and skills development.

The successful candidate will have experience in apprenticeship or workforce program coordination, with a strong understanding of VET frameworks and competency-based training. They will also possess excellent mentoring, communication, and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and coordinating apprentice development pathways
  • Managing TAFE integration and rotations
  • Overseeing specialist programs and skills development
  • Tracking apprentice progress and competency achievement
  • Providing mentoring and support throughout the apprenticeship journey
