About the Role:">

The Assistant Manager, Guest Experience plays a crucial part in leading our store team to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is responsible for creating and fostering a respectful and inclusive environment where team members feel a deep sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Create and maintain a positive and productive team culture by promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among team members.">
  • Lead from the floor and assess the needs of the business, team, and guests to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Engage with team members to understand how their work contributes to the success of the store and organization.">
  • Implement the Store Manager's vision for the store and communicate it effectively to the team.">
  • Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse team.">
  • Provide training and coaching to team members, identifying development areas and sourcing solutions.">
  • Lead performance management activities, including direct feedback and continuous check-ins, to drive team performance.">
  • Maintain an exceptional guest experience on the floor, assessing connection levels and product education.">
  • Address guest feedback and issues, resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction.">
  • Monitor performance metrics against goals to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.">
  • Manage sell-through, inventory, and visual merchandising to sustain operational excellence.">

  • Licence to work in the country where the store is located.">
  • Able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.">

Schedule/Availability:">

  • Work schedule based on a roster, subject to store needs.">
  • Shifts typically scheduled during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.">
