About the RoleThis is a rewarding position for a results-driven professional who enjoys working on impactful projects and is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading production, support, and delivery of projects within time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Effective programming of daily site works to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
- Provide advice, direction, and support to project staff to achieve corporate and client objectives.
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require subdivision project experience, relevant civil construction experience, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, and high-level planning, budgeting, and analytical expertise. A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else is also essential.
Requirements- Previous experience in subdivision projects or local government projects.
- Relevant civil construction experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Exceptional individual and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and achieve corporate and client objectives.
- High-level planning, budgeting, reporting, and analytical expertise.
- Understanding of regulatory, governance, and community requirements.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Relationship management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving expertise.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, as well as personalized rewards and recognition.
