Project Manager Role

The SEE Group is a leading civil construction company with over 35 years of experience in delivering excellence. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Urban Development division.

About the Opportunity:

We have a range of projects underway and projected growth in the coming months. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing project programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and supervision of all technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective programming and construction methodologies for site works
  • Project compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant, and equipment required
  • Leading and supporting the project team through project activities and changes
  • Coaching and mentoring staff, identifying and developing talent within the department
  • Maintaining focus on priorities and financial performance assessments
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for plant, equipment, staff, and subcontractors

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Construction White Card
  • 5+ years' experience with proven management skills, practices, and planning ability

Essential Skills:

  • Negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual project delivery
  • Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
