The Opportunity

A full-time Retail Sales & Design Team Member position has become available in our Caboolture store. As a member of our collaborative retail team, you will report to the Store Manager.

This role involves working with our large trades and regular customer base. You will be responsible for designing and selling Stratco products, interacting with customers face-to-face, via email, and over the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Customer interaction and relationship building
  • Designing and selling of Stratco products
  • Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
  • Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to critical safety rules
About You
  • You must have strong computer skills and data entry experience
  • You should be driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
  • You should be eager to learn Stratco products and industry knowledge
  • You are required to work one to two Saturday's per month from 9am to 2pm
  • Prior experience in the building industry or manufacturing is desirable
  • A Forklift licence and experience would be beneficial
  • You should be willing to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
