Regional Development Specialist

The Regional Manager will lead and develop Case management teams within the Status Resolution Support Service (SRSS) in selected regions under contract with the Department of Home Affairs.
This role ensures effective and efficient delivery of quality services within SRSS contract parameters, including delegated accountability for program outputs, and satisfactory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Asylum Seeker Services Lead in managing resources, personnel, and capacity of the SRSS program.
- Ensure quality of service and compliance with contracts in respective regions.
- Develop and promote a culture of psychological safety, learning, and professional development for staff.
- Operationalise stakeholder engagement and maintain good relationships with funding bodies and key partners.
- Monitor and manage budgetary and casework milestones in compliance with contractual obligations.
