Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Educator at Kids Resort, you will play a vital role in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a high-quality educational program that reflects the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need, and developing strategies to support their learning
  • Contribute to the effective management of the service, including administration, communication, and team collaboration
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Experience in the education and care of children aged 0-5, including children with additional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality education and care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow in your role
