Centre Director

As a Centre Manager at Guardian Early Learning Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to create a safe and secure environment where children can thrive. Your role will involve building strong relationships with families, developing a culture of quality and safety, and contributing to the financial sustainability of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a professional team to deliver high-quality education and care to children
- Build and maintain relationships with families to ensure their needs are met
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Contribute to the financial sustainability of the centre through effective budgeting and financial management
- Collaborate with the centre's leadership team to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals
Requirements:
- Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards)
- Prior experience in a leadership role in a long day-care centre
- Sound knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF
- Budget and financial accountability experience
- Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check
