We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to join our team as a Leading Hand. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor your crew, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the coordination of materials, equipment, and resources to maximise efficiency.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on subdivisions.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
