About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Piling Supervisor to oversee piling operations and manage projects in Sydney and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have experience in piling, particularly bored piling, and a proven track record as a Piling Supervisor. The role offers opportunities for career progression and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee piling operations and ensure daily targets are achieved
  • Assist with site project set up and conduct toolbox talks
  • Order plant and materials, and ensure all work is completed accurately and on time
  • Manage and mentor the piling teams, and assist with the progression and development of the piling division
  • Offer technical solutions and adapt to changes on site
Requirements
  • Experience in piling, particularly bored piling
  • Proven track record as a Piling Supervisor
  • Strong leadership skills and effective communication
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and build client relationships
  • Excellent OH&S record and relevant construction tickets
