We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Darwin, AU. As a Speech Pathologist with Pacific Health and Wellbeing, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing high-quality speech pathology services across the lifespan.

About the Position:

  • Assessment and Collaboration: Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement therapy programs in a meaningful and creative way.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in professional development opportunities to support professional growth and best practice service delivery.
  • New Client Opportunities: Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.

About You:

  • A proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset.
  • Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
  • A positive outlook and self-motivation to engage with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of the NDIS preferred.
  • Mixed caseload experience preferred but not essential.

You Will Need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance or an ability to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check or an ability to obtain.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willing to obtain.
  • NDIS Orientation Module or willing to complete.
  • Registration with SPA.
  • Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
