Your Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments to identify potential hazards and develop solutions
- Complete Activities of Daily Living assessments to prescribe equipment or household services that enhance clients' quality of life
- Perform worksite assessments to analyze physical demands and environment, informing clients' short-term and long-term return-to-work plans
- Develop and implement functional capacity evaluations to assess clients' abilities and limitations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through case conferencing to ensure comprehensive care
- Organize rehabilitation activities for clients, including exercise programs and hydrotherapy sessions
- Analyze medical reports such as MRIs and X-Rays to inform treatment decisions
- Possess a genuine passion for making a positive impact on clients' lives
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to excel in their career
- Show willingness to collaborate and contribute innovative ideas to the team
- Exhibit effective communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues
