**Job Opportunity:** Mobile Storage Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to oversee the efficient management of our mobile storage division. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in logistics and transportation, who are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating employee and vehicle programming for all customers, ensuring accurate recording of deliveries and collections, and driving company vehicles safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and planning of crew and vehicle resources
  • Briefing and debriefing of crew members
  • Induction and onboarding of new crew members
  • Monthly operational reporting and invoicing

Requirements for this role include:

  • Be physically fit and able to pass a basic fitness test
  • Hold a current car license
  • Have a forklift license
  • Able to safely operate a single cab ute towing a trailer up to 3 tons
  • Able to reverse a trailer safely and confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong safety focus with a proactive approach to improving safety and compliance
