About this role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Mobile Storage Driver/Team Leader to join our newly established Mobile Storage Division.
This position offers flexibility and equal employment opportunities for all candidates. As a Mobile Storage Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out your job in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring equipment and vehicles are handled with personal safety in mind;
- Performing basic maintenance analysis on company vehicles;
- Driving routes to client sites in a timely manner for loading and returning to base;
- Facilitating removal/delivery processes and providing excellent customer service;
- Liaising with Head Office to ensure all staff are up to date on job status.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Physical fitness and ability to pass a basic fitness test;
- A current car licence;
- The ability to manoeuvre a vehicle and large trailer in tight situations;
- Integrity, a positive attitude, and strong organisational skills;
- Excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to improving efficiency.
