
Head of Sales Enablement and Strategic Partnerships

The Business Strategy and Operations organization plays a crucial role in providing business-critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and driving strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
As the Head of Sales Enablement and Intelligence, you will lead Sales Enablement and Intelligence efforts within the Business Strategy and Operations APAC Go-To-Market (GTM) team, working directly with Regional Sales Leadership, Product GTM, Country GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Mastery teams.
You will co-design regional initiatives like academies, contests, incentive plans, and future giants with cross-functional teams and get buy-in from senior Sales and GTM leaders. You will also act as a critical thought partner to both Sales and GTM Leadership for your domain areas.
Key responsibilities include designing cross-functional holistic plans to ensure sellers are focused, equipped, and empowered to accelerate business, delivering solutions that meet business objectives and sales enablement goals, and maintaining external market perspectives and forming opinions on competitive trends and evolving market needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in leading across general management, sales operations, commercial roles, consulting, or corporate strategy experience.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in business and sales.
- Experience executing operational initiatives.
