We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our business units operate within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on compliance matters to various business units.
- Conduct thorough reviews of member and employer communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risk.
- Manage regulatory reporting for incidents and breaches.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the financial services industry with a focus on superannuation compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
