We are seeking a motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, driving meaningful transformation, and shaping the future of digital consulting.


As a Digital Consultant, you will work with cutting-edge technology to drive business model innovation, enable new customer experiences, and build new internal capabilities. Our consultants are passionate about helping clients transform their operations, navigate emerging technologies, and create lasting value across the enterprise.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or computer science, with a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering digital solutions, including at least 1 year in a management consulting role.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients on key business imperatives related to innovation, strategy, and product development.
  • Assist with organizational change management efforts to help clients achieve a successful implementation of their new processes and/or tools and organizational design.
  • Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with client teams to analyze business needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Design and implement disruptive digital technologies like Internet of Things, Machine Learning, and Augmented Reality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 1 year in a management consulting role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel (~10–20%), primarily in the South Pacific region.
