Your analytical capabilities will be essential as you assess fleet performance and logistics metrics to enhance operational efficiency and implement improvements. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee that all shipments are collected and delivered within established timeframes.
  • Communicate any delays or changes to customers promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with load restraint regulations and all relevant operational responsibilities.
  • Monitor driver performance and maintain accurate records of pallet exchanges and transfers daily.
  • Collaborate closely with customer personnel to identify efficiencies, achieve KPIs, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between customers and team members, employing negotiation skills to achieve effective outcomes and uphold professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, with transferable skills from positions such as On-Site Representative or Allocator.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for performance data analysis and report generation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent delegation skills and clear, concise communication abilities.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with meticulous attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

Standard working hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional flexibility required.
