Service Strategist

We are seeking a Service Strategist to lead our team in generating innovative service solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing service models that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead stakeholders and project teams to develop journey maps, service blueprints, and service models that clearly articulate actionable insights and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Oversight and participation in research activities to generate insights and effectively use qualitative and quantitative data to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to scope and break down work into design deliverables, tailoring methods and processes to meet timeboxes.
  • Utilize Miro, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other design software to communicate designs for executive and delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading stakeholders and project teams to achieve service excellence.
  • Ability to oversee and participate in research activities to gather valuable insights.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in Miro, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other design software tools.

  • Project management skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Research skills to gather and analyze data effectively.
  • Agile methodologies expertise to deliver results efficiently.
