Harvey Norman seeks an experienced Ecommerce Project Manager to lead and manage projects to successful completion.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive ecommerce domain experience with a proven track record of delivering key business and technology projects on time and within budget. They will be well-versed in project management lifecycles, website development lifecycles, and operations including analytics, performance, and customer support.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a strategic liaison aligning business, IT, various technology work streams, and external suppliers.
  • Creating and managing comprehensive resource and budget plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Managing schedules, risks, and issues using standard project management tools.
  • Providing project updates and reports at regular intervals.
  • Preparing for and leading monthly steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Managing communication with stakeholders at all levels of the business and facilitating workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience working in a structured project delivery environment.
  • A sound understanding of retail systems, including payment gateways, inventory, and order management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and negotiate successful outcomes.
